- Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of MarXtar.
- Only one entry per person, per company. Bulk/third party entries will not be accepted.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the MarXtar free mini health check competition. The prize winners will be selected at random and the winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion and notified. The competition will run from 8th December 2021 to 31st December 2021
- The prize fund consists of: 12 x free MarXtar mini health check. This consists of a 2 hour consultation time. Only the health check is provided for in the prize. Any other expenses incurred from additional services or products derived from the health check will be billed at the usual price and is the responsibility of the winners.
- MarXtar will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified prize.
- MarXtar accepts no responsibility for entries lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed or corrupted in transit.
- The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
- MarXtar’s decision in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner may be asked to take part in promotional activities and it is a condition of entry that you agree to your name, and company name and logo being made publicly available if you win, and to sign any releases deemed necessary by MarXtar.
- MarXtar reserves the right to hold, void, cancel or suspend this promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice where it is reasonable to do so.
- Entrants must comply with these terms and conditions, and will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted them if they participate in the promotion.
